Volunteer Opportunities
Nursery
Worker (Infant Nursery and/or Toddler
Nursery)
This is a safe
environment available for parents to drop off
their children ages (3-18 mo.) during Sunday
morning worship services. In order to
maintain a safe environment, volunteers are
needed quarterly. A new schedule is mailed out
at the beginning of each quarter. Parents with
children in this age bracket are encouraged to
volunteer at least once per quarter.

Wee Worship
Leader: Plan
and prepare scheduled lesson provided on a
quarterly schedule. Creativity and enthusiasm
is a plus!
Helper : Assist
leaders and children in lesson.

Bible Class
Teachers:
Lead Teacher
Plan, prepare,
and teach lesson during the Sunday school or
Wednesday night class time. Lead teachers are
also expected to attend training sessions once a
year.
Helping Teacher:
Assist lead
teachers with the children during class time.
Attend training sessions once a year.
Substitute
Teacher
Be available to
teach or help in classroom in case lead or
helping teachers are sick or out-of-town.

Puppet Team
This group would
demonstrate bible stories in large group or
special event settings through the use of
puppets.

Resource Room
Our resource
room provides materials needed each week in
each Bible class. Team members keep this area
organized and updated, so teachers can find the
needed materials for each bible class lesson.

Small Events
Team
This team helps
plan and recruit workers for small annual
outreach events such as the Easter Egg Hunt,
Bike Parade, and Fall
Festival.

Summer JAM Volunteer
Each summer we
have an outstanding Vacation Bible School
program as one of our biggest outreaches of the
year. It takes nearly 100 people to make this
event happen and be a success. We have a job
for anybody who loves being around kids and
showing Jesus to others. We cannot do it
without you!!
